Healthy Time Saver: Sun Basket

It's the New Year and as many of you may know, I took the time before the New Year to get healthy. That's right, when everyone was doing cookie swaps and eating peppermint bark and drinking cocktails, I was eating veggies and protein.

Why would I do this, they asked!? Well, simple. I eat so much all the time and during the holidays, things slow down. I have less food events to attend and more control over what I put into my body. I was able to do this for three weeks. Now I've shifted more into eating healthy on the days I have no events. Then on days I do have events, I eat healthy and minimally during the day and then watch what I eat at the event. Think small bites and lots of will power. Sometimes dessert wins though, if I'm being honest.

During those weeks and even now, one of my favorite ways to keep on track for dinnertime is with Sun Basket. I'm not one of those people that wants to figure out recipes and then go buy all the ingredients. I want convenience this year. I want more time to do other things, like play zombies shooting mama with my children. I want food delivered to my door and then I want to open a box and everything is laid out for me. I want the food to be good and the recipes to be less complicated.

I'm not a cook. I can cook but I'm not a Chef. I do love preparing recipes and baking. This is why I've loved Sun Basket so much. I get the pleasure of preparing the recipes and cooking and then the enjoyment of eating something I wouldn't be able to make without the help of Sun Basket.

So why Sun Basket? Its focus is on healthy eating, so whether you're doing keto, paleo, vegetarian, gluten free or something else, there's options for you, delicious options for you. What's on the menu, it could be fresh Moroccan salmon in chraime sauce with cauliflower “couscous” or maybe Masala turkey kebabs with cauliflower “rice” and cashew chutney or what I have pictures, some chow mein with fresh stir fried vegetables.

Let's say you're looking for healthy meals delivered to your door so you can save time and still eat great! I've got a special deal for you, $35 off your first delivery. So you can give it a try and then cancel right away but you probably won't because it's truly a great service. So what are you waiting for, give it a try and let me know what you think.
