Festival: Downtown Phoenix Oktoberfest


Prost! Downtown Phoenix Oktoberfest is coming to CityScape on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 4-10 p.m. with traditional fare and das boot to spare. Lace up your lederhosen and hit the Bavarian dance floor featuring live polka music! Then, test your skills in the wurst Oktoberfest competitions including stein hold, brat eat, pretzel eating and beer maid costume contest.

Oktoberfest is the world’s largest festival drawing over six million people from around the world each year. In addition to the festivities, bier and good times, Oktoberfest features the best in traditional German food including bratwurst, weisswurst, currywurst, soft pretzels, schnitzel, spatzel, sauerkraut, and warm potato salad. You'll be able to find the delicious food shown above as well from Eur Haus Food Truck. If you have the opportunity to taste their food, I highly recommend the German Spatzle and Schnitzel pictured above, sooo good!! Keeping with tradition, Downtown Phoenix Oktoberfest will bring a bit of Munich to Phoenix with authentic fare from local restaurants and food purveyors.

Oktoberfest is a 21+ over event only, ticketing options include a single admission for $10 online, $15 day of. Or, enjoy a bigger savings by opting for the group admission which includes four admissions for $30 – that’s a 50% savings off day of pricing. Group admission is only available during online presale, it will not be available at the gate. Admission includes access to the festival grounds, entertainment, games and contests.
