Lost Lake Festival, a new festival experience from Superfly, the co-creators of Bonnaroo and Outside Lands, reveals the food and drink lineup – a mouthwatering sample of the best feasts and treats the Valley has to offer. A key component for all Superfly events, the culinary and beverage experience at Lost Lake will include a selection of carefully curated food, brews and cocktails that will excite the senses. More than 30 top local chefs, restaurants, and breweries will represent Phoenix’s vibrant food and drink scene, with local eats at Phoenix Flavors, craft beers at Brewpark, BBQ at The Lava Pit, and mezcal and tequila cocktails and tastings at Nectar of the Gods.
Lost Lake has enlisted James Beard award-winning chef and author, Chris Bianco as the festival’s Culinary Ambassador, bringing together the best of local chefs and restaurants for Phoenix Flavors. Featuring Bianco’s own iconic Pizzeria Bianco and other local eateries such as Clever Koi, Ocotillo, Frites Street, Gadzooks, Stock & Stable, Casa Anejo, Pokitrition, and many others, Phoenix Flavors will have it all – from local food truck favorites to Phoenix restaurant icons.
“I'm excited by Lost Lake’s dedication to making this event a reflection of the Phoenix culture and community, including our local culinary scene. We invited some truly special people from our part of the world to keep you well nourished, hydrated and happy,” said Bianco. “My philosophy is that food is a shared experience, and that’s what we wanted to create with Phoenix Flavors, a space where festival-goers can come together to enjoy a taste of the Valley just as much as they enjoy the music.”
Phoenix has become a mecca for entertainment, sports, nightlife, food, music and the arts. Lost Lake has brought all of these to life with a highly anticipated weekend of music, culinary, art and gaming experiences such as The Lost Playground.
“We wanted to showcase Phoenix’s flourishing culinary scene through elevated regional food and beverage offerings to create something the community can be proud of and delight in.” says Kerry Black, co-founder, Superfly.
Music fans and foodies will eat and drink their way through the festival with tasty experiences, including:
