Fire up the meat smoker and the donut maker because Bobby-Q Great Steaks & Real BBQ is coming to Phoenix's Biltmore area this September. Housed inside a rustic yet stylish space at the NW corner of Camelback Road and 32nd Street (3154 E. Camelback Rd.), Bobby-Q in east central Phoenix will serve a slimmed down version of the national award-winning menu and that has made the earlier locations in west Phoenix and east Mesa so popular, including being named the one of Yelp's "Top 100 Places to eat in the US" one of OpenTable's Best BBQ Restaurants in America, and voted to theTripAdvisor "Hall of Fame" as the #1 Best BBQ spot in Phoenix.

Founded by legendary restaurateur Bob Sikora and overseen by chef Mark Hittle, this all-new Bobby-Q will feature the same great, craveable menu of wood-smoked, BBQ favorites, plus an expanded selection of farm-fresh salads and sandwiches, plus an all new lunch menu featuring Lunch Combos with BBQ meat sliders, salads, brisket tacos and more. Not to mention, an expanded menu ofhandcrafted cocktails prepared with housemade syrups, fresh fruits and premium spirits by in-house mixologist, Chris Ortega and overseen by Ignacio del Rio. Think a delicious twist on the classic Mule cocktail served inside a recycled ginger beer can, or a refreshing Watermelon Cooler featuring fresh watermelon, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice, all topped with a tangy-sweet tajin rim, or Bobby-Q's take on a classic Old Fashioned with rye whiskey and barrel smoked maple syrup.

Led by Executive Chef Mark Hittle, Bobby-Q's Biltmore location will tempt with meat hand-rubbed with a proprietary spice blend, then smoked slow and low in an almond/mesquite mixture in a custom wood-fired smoker to create succulent Pulled Pork, Smoky Sausage Links, sliced to order Prime Beef Brisket, and three varieties of ribs (St. Louis, Texas Beef & Baby Back) that fall right off the bone. In addition to award-winning BBQ, Bobby-Q's also offers juicy, wood-smoked Rotisserie Chicken, Salmon, fresh-ground Burgers, hand-cut-wood-fired-wet-aged Steaks and all-new farm-fresh Salads to pair perfectly with the BBQ or as a meal as a whole.

Serving lunch and dinner seven days a week, Bobby-Q's Biltmore location will be open from 11 am to 10 pm, Sundays and Mondays, and 11 am to 2 am Tuesdays through Saturdays, including a special late-night menu. Seating 100 in the brick and wood lined interior and an additional 20 on the cozy outdoor dining patio, the new Bobby-Q also boasts custom tabletops carved from whole juniper logs, as well as retro-modern lighting fixtures, soothing water features, and the signature donut machine in the lobby dishing out hot, fresh and free donuts to all guests. Plus, the new Bobby-Q will also offer a full to-go menu, as well as party and catering menus.

Founded in 2005, Bobby-Q is the personal passion project of restaurateur Bob Sikora, who launched Bobby McGee's (a rollicking chain of nightclubs that grew to 24 locations nationwide), and palled around with Willie Nelson as the founder of the much-missed country bar, Mr. Lucky's. A BBQ aficionado, Sikora spent more than 10 years traveling the nation's backroads learning the timeless cooking techniques and secret recipes from smoke masters across the country to create Bobby-Q's fingerlickin' BBQ and fork-tender steaks.
