The Rafael Moreno Quartet will perform while guests enjoy a buffet-style dinner incorporating local ingredients prepared by Chef Bruce Yim and his award-winning culinary team. Southern Arizona growers, vintners, brewers, distillers, and chefs will offer demonstrations, discussion, insight to and samples of their unique heritage products at stations throughout the property.

Hacienda Del Sol gardeners will offer tours of the resort's organic garden developed in collaboration with Dr. Andrew Weil and discuss the bounty grown on property used by the resort's culinary team. The Hacienda botanical gardens are located on several acres and offer an excellent opportunity for education about our unique planting seasons.

Guests will receive a booklet with information about each farmer’s market vendor. Recipes passed down from generations of Southern Arizona families will also be included to take home and share with family and friends.
