Speaking of holiday markets featuring local artisans, check out the 2020 Socially Distanced Holiday Market on Grand Avenue taking place on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until just before Christmas. Vendors will take turns every week showing off their wares, from paper goods to jewelry, flowers, pet portraits and more. If you get down to Tucson or live there, stop by Tucson Botanical Gardens. While the beautiful gardens are obviously the main attraction, the gift shop on your way out is not to be missed, and it houses goods and art from many local artisans and businesses. There’s a wide array of garden items, clothes, kitchen goods, books, fun and educational toys and more. Each purchase supports the programs and missions of the Tucson Botanical Gardens, so that’s bound to make you feel good too.
