La Bomba from Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar
No dessert list is complete without La Bomba. This indulgence is quite literally the bomb! An explosive treat for all your senses. Be prepared, when you order La Bomba all eyes will be on your table as the server comes out with a big chocolate bowl filled with gelatos, sorbets, berries, mousse, candied nuts and more! On the count of three you'll shout La Bomba and the server smashes the bowl right onto the table where it breaks apart to reveal the goodness within (don't worry the table is covered in a clean plastic mat). Then the whole thing is drizzled with a few different syrups and sauces and you're ready to dig in. It's a beautiful mess and a delicious one at that. La Bomba is a special occasion dessert (or any day that ends in Y) that will leave you in awe. Toro is located at 17020 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale. www.scottsdaleprincess.com/dining/toro-latin-restaurant-rum-bar
