James Beard-honored mixologist and founder of the beverage consultancy Liquid Architecture, Kim Haasarud is proud to bring a new food and beverage concept, Garden Bar PHX, to the downtown Phoenix dining scene in quarter one of 2021. In the meantime, cocktail lovers can get a taste of Haasarud’s nationally recognized creations with a delivery preview.
The food and drink menu can be found online, which includes their most popular item, the Weekender Cocktail Kits. With kit prices ranging from $42 - $49 (about $6-$7 per cocktail) customers can expect to make 7 - 8 cocktails, perfect for sipping drinks all weekend long or sharing with friends and neighbors. Cocktail kit options include the Honey Lavender Highball, 5-Citrus Margarita, Coconutty Cooler, and Lemon Crackle Gin & Tonic with more options on the way. Plus, Garden Bar PHX is offering Grazing Boxes to pair with the Weekender Cocktail Kits. The $45 Grazing Box (Limited Time Only price) includes award-winning cheeses and cured meats, along with a variety of sweet and savory companions, which serves 2-4 people over the course of a weekend. Add-ons are available for $15 per person, making this package great for any sized gathering. Wine, beer, and spirit bottles are also available for delivery. In addition, Garden Bar launched a YouTube channel that walks you through the cocktail kits and other garden-to-glass cocktails to show one at home how to make them like a seasoned mixologist.
