Recipe: Cloud Bread

Cloud bread is trending and you know I had to give it a try. It's super fluffy, visually appealing and definitely IG and TikTok worthy. However, I'd suggest you add some flavor to your recipe, maybe a little vanilla, or someone mentioned some ube.

Cloud Bread Recipe:

3 egg whites

2 1/2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

couple drops of food coloring

couple drops of flavoring

Heat over to 300 degrees.

Use a stand mixer and whisk attachment and whip eggs whites on medium high until they become nice and frothy.

Slowly add in the sugar, 1 tbsp at a time.

Sift in cornstarch, coloring and flavoring and whip all together until soft peaks form.

Places the mixture on a tray with wax paper and form into a mound.

Cook for about 20 to 25 mins, until there is nice browning around the outside.
