Kentucky Derby at the Princess


Executive Chef Sara Garrant presents a brunch menu with Southern flair featuring Kentucky Derby hot browns, pickled shrimp, fried chicken biscuits, house-smoked Andouille sausage sliders, cornmeal friend oysters, deviled eggs, shrimp and grits, buttermilk chess pie, red velvet cupcakes, berry cobbler bites and pecan pie. Brunch includes a commemorative Kentucky Derby glass, a complimentary mint julep and a champagne toast.

Inspired by Millionaire’s Row at Churchill Downs, guests will enjoy a traditional Derby atmosphere including mint juleps, Bulleit Bourbon tastings and premier horse race event viewing on plasma screens indoors and out. Guests can join in a fashion show complete with guest judges and prizes including a dinner for two at Bourbon Steak, a day at Well & Being Spa and a two night stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. BMW of North Scottsdale will have the latest models available for test drives.


Tickets are available for $119 per person, plus taxes and a service charge.
