Chef Gio Osso will be bringing in two masters for this incredible evening. The first will be Master Sommelier, George Miliotes, who will be pairing each course with some outstanding wines. The second is Master Carver of Jamon Iberico de Bellota, Saul Sola.

The event will start promptly at 6pm with a reception of Spanish cheeses and charcuterie featuring Iberico Master Saul Sola carving 3 year Jamon Iberico de Bellota.
The dinner will then start at 7pm with 6 courses prepared by Chef Gio Osso and wine featuring, Jose Ordonez selections, with Master Sommelier George Miliotes.
