It’s stein time for Gilbert! Lace up your dirndl, throw on your lederhosen and celebrate the inaugural Town of Gilbert Announces Its Signature Oktoberfest Event. HDE Agency, one of the largest producers of special events in Arizona is excited to bring an authentic celebration to Gilbert.

“We are excited to kick off the autumn season with bratwurst, pretzels and refreshing Bavarian suds from Gilbert’s finest local craft breweries and restaurants,” said owner of HDE Agency, Landon Evans.

Guests will enjoy many crowd favorites including live traditional polka music, Brass Tap brat eating contest, wiener dog races and great food. The Town of Gilbert Oktoberfest will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 2 to 10 p.m. at the Town of Gilbert Civic Center located at 50 E. Civic Center Dr.

More than a dozen restaurants and food purveyors from around the city will be on site including Eur Haus Food Truck, The Brass Tap Craft Beer Bar, Doughlicious, and Drive Wood Food Truck. Local breweries 12 West Brewing, Arizona Wilderness Brewing, Desert Monk Brewing, Flying Basset Brewing, OHSO Brewery, Uncle Bears Brewery and Four Silos Brewery will also be on site adding good cheer.

This year’s event will feature live music from local groups Ken Levine's Funkhaus Brass Band, The Black Moods and 2 Tone Lizard Kings. Bavarian Dancers will entertain guests plus there will be a KB Kornhole Tournament, stein holding competitions and Winer dog races.
