Restaurant Opening: Pigtails Cocktail Bar

Pigtails Cocktail Bar opened its first location at Desert Ridge Marketplace today. The speakeasy-style craft cocktail concept joins its sister concept, The Whining Pig Beer & Wine Bar, which opened in November.

Pigtails is artfully disguised next to The Whining Pig and is a stark contrast to the vibe of its sister bar. Pigtails will feature a raw oyster bar (opening March 2019), plush seating, a living wall covered by real plants, shiplap walls with copper detailing and a “secret” bookshelf exit. Mixologists will customize signature libations using barrel aged whiskey, organic vodka, botanically infused gin and a variety of tequilas mixed with fresh fruits to satisfy cocktail enthusiasts.

With so many drink “hoptions,” the ownership of Pigtails Cocktail Bar knows the Desert Ridge community will love the expanded concept.
