Wasted Grain, a mainstay in the ever changing world of Old Town Scottsdale nightlife has completed its much anticipated summer renovation, and is launching a swanky new sister concept, Bubble Room on Sept. 14 at 10pm.
Along with the complete remodel of Wasted Grain, Square One Concepts is unveiling Old Town’s only champagne lounge, Bubble Room. With a capacity of 300 guests, the new lounge will be upstairs from Wasted Grain and will feature more than 21 different champagnes to suit all tastes.
“We are extremely excited to open the first champagne lounge in Old Town,” said partner Jason Johnson. “We look forward to bringing a fresh and innovative experience to a high energy crowd who will be dressed to impress.”
Bubble Service, Bubble Room’s take on bottle service, will be offered and bottles will be placed in custom champagne displays at each table.
Wasted Grain will still be known for its expansive interior, hand crafted cocktails and lively atmosphere, but will feature a sleek new interior and an updated menu with the most unique brunch in town. Garden, a brunch experience, will offer pancakes stuffed with everyone’s favorite nostalgic cereals, from Froot Loops to Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Capacity at Wasted Grain will be 650 people.
Set to debut on Sept. 15, the new Garden brunch experience will not only feature the cereal stuffed offerings, but also will offer mimosa cakes and custom champagne cocktails from 10am-1pm Saturdays and Sundays. The open-air 3,000 square foot patio will be dog friendly with ample comfortable seating. It will feature a shrub wall, oversized lawn games, access to two bars, multiple TVs and an Instagramworthy bubble wing mural for the ultimate brunch photo op.
Wasted Grain will continue to host a curated lineup of sought after live acts, as well as having a solid rotation of popular DJs.
