Born & Raised Hospitality, the Valley-based restaurateurs behind the Clever Koi, are proud to announce an all-new concept coming soon to Scottsdale. Named Fellow, this casual Italian-style osteria and craft cocktail bar will be housed inside a stylish, custom-designed space at SkySong in Scottsdale. Serving a compact yet irresistible menu of pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads for lunch and dinner, Fellow will also offer premium coffee drinks and freshly-prepared grab & go meals at breakfast, as well as gourmet ice cream. Not to mention a globe-spanning menu of wines by the bottle and glass, as well as craft beers and hand-shaken cocktails.
Tucked inside a soaring 5,000 sq.-ft. space featuring 28-foot-high ceilings, Fellow's name is a nod to the communal nature of this welcoming neighborhood hangout, where birds of all feathers will love to flock together. Led by co-owners Nicholas Campisano (2017 Arizona Restaurant Association Manager of the Year) and Joshua James (winner of the 2018 Arizona Cocktail Weekend's Last Slinger Standing bartending competition), Fellow will be Born & Raised Hospitality's first new concept since launching Clever Koi in Phoenix in 2013, followed by a second location in Gilbert in 2016. Handcrafted by Local Studio architects, who also designed the original Clever Koi in central Phoenix, Fellow will feature a bright, airy layout and a large dining patio. But the highlight will be a gigantic wooden cube suspended over the bar that's been carved to create 3-D landscapes of iconic Arizona places, from the historic barrios of Tucson to the ghost town of Jerome.
Open daily, Fellow will serve as an all-day hangout, including fun bar games such as standup shuffleboard. Plus, the state-of-the-art kitchen will also offer catering services to surrounding business and SkySong events.
