The Arizona Restaurant Association's Arizona Restaurant Week (ARW) returns with dining specials around the state from May 18-27. The 2018 Spring Arizona Restaurant Week features 10 days of showcasing local chefs’ creative culinary “chops” with three-course, prix-fixe menus for just $33 or $44 per person.

I was able to get a sneak peek at three different Arizona Restaurant Week menus and we'll also be doing a little giveaway for you to enjoy some dining on us! Up first, I headed to Marcellino Ristorante for Italian food on fleek, do people still say that? One of our favorite bites from the menu was the most pillowy perfect gnocchi sorrentina in a rich tomato sauce, dotted with melting mozzarella cheese! Might I also suggest their Ravioli Del Giorno, a ricotta and spinach filled pasta with browned butter and sage. We also tasted their bresaola, salmone al cognac and the velvety panna cotta.
Next up, we headed to Arcadia to taste what Chef Beckett was serving up at Beckett's Table. He was keen on making sure that he had options for vegetarians and gluten free peeps in every category, with items like beet carpaccio and veggie enchiladas, you'll be well taken care of. We were delighted to taste every dish he had to offer, might I suggest trying the most amazing corn soup, the tender braised short ribs and the flourless chocolate cake! Chef is sure to have something for everyone.
Last but certainly not least, we make the hike over the West side for a spectacular meal at the Wigwam Resort, inside their restaurant, Litchfield's. Can I just state that it was well worth the drive and if you are going to try out a new place, this would be a stellar option. I really loved their romaine starter with peas and asparagus, it was light and fresh and quite flavorful. The maple leaf duck was cooked perfectly and rested on top of a bed of farro. The chocolate truffle torte was literally to.die.for and must be ordered!
Arizona Restaurant Association president and CEO Steve Chucri said, “We are pleased to continue this dining tradition that has grown exponentially since we started 11 years ago. As Arizona’s culinary scene continues to evolve and become recognized on a national level, we could not be more pleased to help showcase these amazing restaurants and give local diners an opportunity to explore new culinary experiences.”
Diners can view a complete list of restaurants participating in Spring Restaurant Week online at www.arizonarestaurantweek.com as new restaurants’ menus will be uploaded soon and continually added.
