Scottsdale's favorite gastropub, Bevvy, is coming to the heart of Phoenix's 7th Street 'Restaurant Row.' Scheduled to open in mid-March inside a custom-designed space on 7th Street just north of Missouri (5600 N. 7th St.), Bevvy will serve up an irresistible menu of hearty, chef-crafted 'Bites' for lunch and dinner. Plus enjoy an extensive menu of deliciously quaffable 'Bevvies,' including craft cocktails, build your own Bloody Mary's & Margaritas and signature Rubber Ducky Shots. Not to mention live sports on dozens of HDTVs, in-house DJ's keeping the vibe fresh with a state-of-the-art sound system, and Bevvy's famed collection of throwback bar games, from skee-ball to shuffleboard, darts to quoits (a traditional British pub rope toss game).
Housed inside The Colony, a recently debuted cluster of indie shops and restaurants, Bevvy will take over the street-front space formerly occupied by Casa Anejo Tacos + Tequila. Owned and operated by Scottsdale-based Evening Entertainment Group, Bevvy will serve as a quirky, casual neighborhood hangout, perfect for everything from lazy weekend lunches to high-energy happy hours, says EEG co-owner, Diane Corieri. "Much like the Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District, the 7th Street corridor craves multi-purpose entertainment spaces, which is what Bevvy is all about. A place where you can grab a quick, delicious lunch, or sip and stay all day, or hang out all night with fun music, games and late-night food and drink." Originally founded in Scottsdale more than 20 years ago, Evening Entertainment Group now operates top drinking and dining destinations across Arizona, Illinois and Texas, including Bevvy, Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden, Casa Amigos Tacos + Tequila, Hi Fi Kitchen + Cocktails, Honor Amongst Thieves, The Mint, Sandbar Mexican Grill, Skylanes, Stock & Stable and RnR).
When completed, Bevvy in Phoenix will sport a similar look and feel to the Scottsdale original, including a warm wood accents, a herringbone-patterned floor and a spacious open floor plan built around tufted leather booths, cozy couches and a circular, centrally located bar. Plus, the all-new Bevvy will boast an expanded outdoor dining patio, including rollaway glass window walls for a seamless indoor-outdoor appeal.
Bevvy in Phoenix will be open daily, starting at 3 pm on Weekdays, and 11 am on weekends. Plus enjoy Happy Hour weekdays (4 - 7 pm) and cheeky weekly events such as Deja Vueve Sundays, Adult Power Hour, Wine Not Wednesdays, and more. For additional information visit www.bevvyaz.com.
