I had the opportunity to attend the most recent wine dinner at the Hyatt Regency featuring Robert Craig Wines. Not only were the wines incredible but the meal that accompanied them was to die for. I know I've said it before but I'll say it again, those Chefs have talent and you should take the time to try out their food. Lucky for you, they have one more wine dinner to close out the year where you'll be able to taste some fantastic drinks and the menu the Chefs have paired with them.

Domaine Carneros by Taittinger

Featuring Domaine Carneros Brut, Taittinger Brut La Francaise, Taittinger Cuvée Prestige Rosé, Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir and Taittinger Nocturne Demi-Sec
Founded by the family behind Champagne Taittinger, Claude Taittinger came to the United States in 1987 to look for the perfect counterpart. Taittinger selected a 138 acre parcel in the heart of Carneros, Napa Valley. Here they have created the quintessential California expression of the Taittinger style in Carneros.
Featured guest, Michael Peterson, the Arizona representative for the winery, will be join in the evening to answer questions and share information.
Each of these special evenings begins with an appetizer and wine reception, followed by an epicurean experience of perfectly paired wines and a memorable four-course dinner.
The reception begins at 6:30PM with dinner at 7:00PM.
