With four locations in the East Valley, Thai Chili 2 Go has set the precedence for fresh-to-order Thai cuisine that is both economical and delicious. Now the company is expanding north, with its first Scottsdale location, at 16203 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 105 (at The Promenade) set to open in late November.
“With our other restaurants, we have made a name for ourselves by offering customers authentic Thai recipes, exotic flavors and freshly made cuisine in a quick-serve setting that allows guests to come in, get a great meal and go about their day,” said owner Akshat Sethi. “We feel that Scottsdale’s diverse clientele of daytime professionals and residential diners with sophisticated palates are primed for a Thai Chili 2 Go in their neighborhood — and we’re excited to bring it to them.”
With this concept, Sethi aims to simplify the sometimes complex Thai cuisine and introduce it to the mainstream in a user-friendly manner so people of all ages and taste preferences can discover its diverse and delicious options. Menu choices include starters such as Spring Rolls, Dumplings and two varieties of Thai Hot and Sour Soup, as well as a variety of familiar and traditional main entrée dishes including Pad Prig Pao, Spicy Eggplant, Red Curry, Panang Curry, Drunken Noodles, Thai Chow mein and more.
To make ordering and dining quick and convenient, Thai Chili 2 Go offers an advanced mobile app, online orders with “skip the line” pick-up option, and delivery partners such as UberEats, Postmates, Door Dash and GrubHub for those that prefer their Thai be delivered right to their door.
In celebration of its upcoming opening in Scottsdale, throughout the month of December, Thai Chili 2 Go will be offering an array of discounts and free food! Specific dates will be announced on social media in the next two weeks.
