All 43 rooms are either new, or completely renovated, creating a haven where modern luxury and technology meet authentic Arizona charm.

POOLSIDE IN PARADISE
Luxuriate poolside in comfortable cabanas, available from 8:00 a.m. to sunset and toast the day with either a bucket of Arizona canned beers with house-made guacamole, chips and salsa, or a carafe of Sangria of the Day, served with a seasonal fruit and cheese platter. Cabana rentals are $75 per day and reservations are required.

COOL DINING IN LON’S UNDERGROUND WINE CELLAR
The return of 100+ degree temperatures in the greater Phoenix area also ushers in a cool reprieve in the form of a one-of-a-kind culinary experience in the underground wine cellar at LON’s at the Hermosa. Beginning June 1st through September 9th, the hotel's signature restaurant will be opening up its private subterranean wine cellar to offer guests and Valley residents alike, a special tasting menu ($65++/person) prepared by Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco and his culinary team, along with a wine pairing option (additional $35/person).
Cool (in every sense of the word), the cellar – kept at 57 degrees – is normally available only for private events, but will now be open for parties of two or more, Thursday through Saturday nights, June 1st through September 9th. Reservations can only be booked within 7 days and by calling LON’s at 602.955.7878.
$45 THREE COURSE SUMMER PRIX-FIXE MENU:
Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco will be creating a tantalizing and ever-changing three-course prix-fixe menu for $45 at LON's that will be offered May 29th through September 9th.

LON’S LAST DROP SUMMER MENU BEGINS MAY 19TH:
Options for mid-afternoon munchies or a bite in the bar just got bigger and better with some tantalizing additions, including the ever popular Superfood Salad or the Shrimp & Blue Crab Louie Salad. The Signature Burger, Grilled Chicken Club and the Pulled Pork Sandwich are hearty options, whereas the Tacos, Wood-fired Pizza and Sliders are ideal for sharing and happy hour, which is daily, from 4-6 pm.
