The House Brasserie Launches Weekend Brunch Menu


What's better than spending a lazy weekend lounging around your house, noshing on savory brunch fare and sipping on tasty cocktails?How about enjoying brunch at The House Brasserie in Scottsdale, where chef Matt Carter has just rolled out decadently delicious new Brunch Menu. Paired with The House's extensive selection of craft cocktails and sparkling wines, and served inside a charming historic home surrounded by a scenic, tree-shaded patio, it's the Valley's newest brunch destination. Even better, at this House you never have to do the dishes or clean the kitchen.

Served Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm, The House Brasserie's new menu boasts inventive twists on brunch classics, such as scrambled eggs perked up with three types of gourmet cheese, or crepes made with sweet corn and topped with citrus crème fraiche, fresh berry syrup and candied pecans. Spice up your weekend with Mexican-style chilaquiles topped with green chili and duck and poached duck eggs, or take a trip to Thailand with a tangy-sweet Pork Belly Bahm Mi sandwich sprinkled with spicy house-made sambal sauce.

Plus, The House Brasserie features an extensive selection of hand-pressed cocktails and eclectic wine and beer lists, including house-made limoncello and cinnamon whiskey. And on Saturday and Sundays during brunch, The House also rolls out atableside mimosa cart, so you can customize your sparkling wine with your choice of fresh juices, fruits and more.
