The creators of the Phoenix Pizza Festival are taking their cheesy fun to Gilbert on Saturday, March 21st, 2020, for the inaugural Gilbert Pizza Festival. Taking place at Civic Center, just outside of downtown Gilbert, this festival will be sprawled out on a beautiful, tree-covered grass field. Limited tickets to the festival are available, so Gilbert Pizza Festival is expected to sell out before the gates open, just like its Phoenix Pizza predecessor.
This pizza paradise will include approximately 15 pizza makers, dessert stations, and a full, park-filled festival with lawn games from AZ Board Source, live bands, and a kid’s craft zone where kids can make pizzas out of various craft materials. Pizza makers will serve $2-$4 slices, full pies, and everything in between. Participants such as Floridino’s Pizza Muffin Truck, Freak Bros., Jimmy & Joe’s, il Bosco, and NYPD are expected to attend. Local craft beer from Arizona Wilderness will be available, as well as wine. Stay tuned to the website for further details.
