Coconut Lime Popsicles and Strawberry Watermelon Floats

Coconut Lime Popsicles

• 1 (13oz) can full-fat coconut milk

• zest and juice of 1 lime

• 3–4 Tbsp honey or agave

• 1/2 a bottle of Lemon Lime Sparkling Ice

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.

2. Taste and add additional honey, lime or Sparkling Ice as desired.

3. Pour mixture into your popsicle mold and make sure to freeze for a couple hours.

Strawberry Watermelon Ice Cream Floats

• 1 1/2 C cubed watermelon

• 1 C frozen strawberries

• 1 C Strawberry Watermelon Sparkling Ice

• Dariy Free Ice Cream

Combine the watermelon and strawberries in the blender and mix until blended. Add the Strawberry Watermelon Sparkling Ice and blend a few time so it's fully combined. Put mixture into cups and top with dairy free ice cream.
