Peet's Coffee Espresso Capsules

The holidays are way too near and life has become hectic around here! With all the chaos, I feel like I can't get a second to myself. I seriously can't believe that Thanksgiving is over and the New Year is right around the corner. Where has the time gone and how do I make it stop, just for a minute.

There's always so much going on around this time of year from holiday events, family gatherings, holiday parties with friends, on top of the usual things that we do, you know, like work, running the kids around to this and that after school event, decorating the house, shopping for that perfect gift...I'm exhausted thinking about it.

I tell you the only time that I make sure to have to myself, is when I'm drinking my coffee. That might be once a day or twice a day, depends on the day, amiright?! So you can imagine my excitement when one of my fav coffee brands, Peet's, released aluminum espresso capsules that are compatible with my “Nespresso® OriginalLine machine!! Cue that holiday music! Peet’s Espresso Capsules are a whole new level of dark - rich, intense, nuanced. The perfect at-home espresso and I can get them on Amazon, at Target and on Peets.com, which makes it super convenient to grab some more when I run out.

What kind of flavors do they have? I'm glad you asked! They have four different espresso capsules Nerissimo has an intensity of 11. So a Bittersweet Indulgence, so it ends up being black as night, sweet as a brûlée topping. Ristretto has an intensity of 10, which makes it bold & intense. Crema Scura has an intensity of 9 with a dark luscious crema that offers full bodied earthy, nutty notes balanced by a creamy enduring finish. Last but not least, favorite Ricchezza has an intensity of 8 with a richness & refinement and notes of blossom, berry, brown sugar and a richness rather than power.

When you call me during this crazy time of year and I don't answer, it's probably because I'm enjoying some quiet time with my Peet's espresso, little dog Pickles and a cinnamon roll or two.

This post is brought to you in partnership with Peet’s Espresso Capsules, all opinions are my own!
