True Food Kitchen Spring Menu


Plant yourself at True Food Kitchen this spring to relish the freshest flavors of the season. True Food Kitchen’s new spring menu items, now available, all feature a healthy helping of springtime ingredients – including avocado, radish, mushroom, snap peas, and artichoke. Accompany these items with the new Cherry Chia Limeade refresher or the Blueberry Royale cocktail to celebrate Arizona’s most envious season.

A sampling of items on the new spring menu include…

Vegetables - Torched Avocado with cucumber noodle, mushroom, snap pea, radish, sesame, and turmeric ponzu (vegetarian)

Pizza - Roasted Artichoke with sugar snap pea, smoked onion, roasted garlic, vegan almond ricotta, and black truffle (vegan) - Wild Mushroom with asparagus, roasted garlic, and taleggio (vegetarian)

Entrees - Poke Bowl with wild caught albacore, avocado, quinoa rice, mushroom, snow pea, cucumber, cashew, and turmeric ponzu

Dessert - Key Lime Pie with coconut chantilly (vegan, gluten-free) - Coconut & Chia Seed Flan with caramel and mixed berries (vegan, gluten-free) - Sea Buckthorn Sorbet with luxardo cherry (vegan, gluten-free)

Refreshers & Teas - Cherry Chia Limeade - Hangover Rx with pineapple, orange, honey, and coconut water

Cocktails - Blueberry Royale with organic vodka, lemon, prosecco, and mint
